How do I apply my new patch?

All of our patches contain an iron-on backing. It is meant to secure the placement of the patch before stitching it.

That’s why we always recommend to stitch the patches to be sure that you can enjoy them for a long time.

Does Iron & Stitch offer custom patches?

Yes, we do! If you are interested in custom patches, please send us your request through WhatsApp or via email.

 

PINS

 

How do I apply my new pin?

Every pin comes with a steady butterfly clutch for application purposes.

Simply press the needle of the pin through any type of garment and add the clutch to fasten the pin.

Want to remove the pin from the garment? Press the sides of the clutch to release it from the pin needle.

 

Does Iron & Stitch offer custom pins?

Yes, besides patches we also offer custom pins! If you are interested in custom pins, please send your request through WhatsApp or via email.

ORDERING

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

It happens to everyone. Accidentally ordering the wrong product or doing an impulse purchase.

We won’t make a big fuss about it. Just contact us through WhatsApp or e-mail.

If the order has not left our warehouse, we can easily change or cancel it.

Have you already received a shipment confirmation? Sadly, at that point, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order.

Simply tell us your preferred solution and return the package after receiving it.

 

How do I create an Iron & Stitch account?

We have a registration page where you can easily create an account. Enter your information, choose a strong password and press the button ‘Create’.

 

Why should I create an account?

By creating an account you get many benefits:

  • move through the checkout process faster
  • save multiple addresses
  • see and track your orders at a glance
  • direct access to all your invoices

 

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Don’t panic! We all forget our password from time to time. Enter your email address here and we will send you a link to reset your password.

 

How do I know if my preferred product is in stock?

For every product, on the collection page, the product image will show the corresponding stock status. If the product is out of stock it will show Sold Out.

 

DELIVERY

 

What is the delivery time?

When you order something online you would naturally prefer to receive it as soon as possible.

That’s why we at Iron & Stitch strive to get your order to your home at the earliest.

Placed your order before 17:00 (GMT +1:00)? Then we will ship your products the same day.

Within The Netherlands, delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.  

Delivery time in Europe is 2 to 5 working days.

Worldwide shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks.

Please note: You don’t have to be at home to receive your order because our envelopes and parcels fit through your mailbox.

 

What is the status of my order?

We like to keep you posted on the order status of your newly acquired products.

Has the order been shipped? Then you will instantly receive the shipment confirmation via e-mail.

We ship our products with Priority Service to ensure you receive them both quickly and in good order.

Please take notice that first-class mail shipments do not come with a Track & Trace.

As of yet, these shipments can’t be traced on the website of carrier PostNL.

 

How do I change my shipping address?

Did you, for example, enter the wrong address while ordering or did you recently move to a new place?

Please share your new address with us through WhatsApp or via email and we will adjust it for you.

Have an account? Then you can log in through the account page and change your shipment address.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Within Europe shipment is free on patch & pin orders above €20.00 and on tee orders above €100.00 (incl. VAT).

Worldwide shipping is free on patch & pin orders above €20.00 and on tee orders above €100.00 (excl. VAT).

 

I have not received my order. What can I do?

We know, it’s such a bummer when a package does not arrive.

If your order has still not arrived after the maximum delivery time, don’t hesitate to WhatsApp or email at info@ironandstitch.com.

 

RETURNS

 

How can I return my product?

Want to return the products?

No problem. Just return them unused and in the original packaging to:

The paid amount (incl. shipping costs) will be reimbursed within 3 working days after we receive the returned products.

You would only have to pay the cost for the return shipment.

 

What is the status of my return shipment?

Once we have received the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will also send you a credit invoice for your own administration via email.

 

Is it possible to swap my product?

Within the 30 days satisfaction guarantee you may always swap your product with another product.

Is the new product cheaper? Then we will refund the difference in price.

If the new product has a higher price, then we will kindly request the remaining amount to be transferred to:

NL44INGB0006946950, with BIC code INGBNL2A, in name of Iron & Stitch.

 

My product has been delivered incomplete or damaged. What should I do?

Of course, that’s not what can be expected from us.

Send us an email to info@ironandstitch.com as soon as possible.

If applicable, please add a picture of the damage. We will then find an appropriate solution.

 

What does the 30 days satisfaction guarantee mean?

We like to offer our customers time for consideration.

That way, you can comfortably take your time to think about whether you want to keep the product.

Not happy with the product? No problem.

You can return it and tell us your preferred solution: money back or swap for a different product.

 

PAYMENT

 

What are the available payment methods?

Iron & Stitch offers five payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payments received after 17:00 hours (UTC +1:00) will be processed the next day.

 

How does a reimbursement work?

If you choose to return a product, the paid amount (incl. shipping cost) will be transferred to the bank account number known to us.

This happens within 3 working days after we have received the product.

 

My payment failed. What should I do?

First, please check whether the money has been debited from your bank account.

If the money has not been debited, you can place a new order.

Was the order debited without receiving a confirmation email within the hour?

Please send us your transaction number, so we can help you out as well as possible.

 

Where can I activate my voucher or discount code?

You have the option to activate it at the end of the checkout process.

 

How can I request my invoice?

After receiving your payment, we automatically send the invoice attached to the confirmation email.

If you did not receive the email, please let us know by email or Whatsapp. We will then send you the invoice manually.

If you’ve created an account, you can log in and look up all your invoices.

Luckily, at Iron & Stitch, we don’t make a big fuss about this.

Please send us a clear picture of the product, together with the order number, to info@ironandstitch.com and tell us your preferred solution.

We reserve the right to reject the preferred solution, but we always promise to offer a good solution.
